So after launching my redesigned site I suddenly had piles of stuff going wrong – scary error messages, my customers unable to access what they’d paid for, an absolute trainwreck. everything falling down, and I had no idea why or where I could even start to try to get it working again.

Your replies to emails were always quick, warm and friendly – and the ‘quick’ part is important because that helps to keep stress levels down! But what I appreciate most of all is how carefully and thoroughly you answered my questions.

Also the sandbox site you set up, where I could see everything working (and find the mistakes I’d made) was a big help.

And I’m really glad you appear not to mind working until 11 at night just to make sure everything is OK for me here in the UK.

I absolutely would recommend you.. Responsive, intelligent, seriously highly skilled and versatile, prepared to go above and beyond the call of duty to diagnose and cure problems I’d created, and you made it all work.

Next time something goes pear-shaped on my website, instead of chasing my tail and panicking, I’ll think, ‘Audrey will know how to fix this.’
